Instant Pot Korean Style Boiled Pork Belly (보쌈, Bossam)
Bossam, or Korean style Boiled Pork Belly, is a wonderful dish that typically is served with a spicy radish side dish (musaechae) and pickled cabbage wraps. This is not easy to find in Korean restaurants because it normally would take about 2 hrs on the stove top. Korean Mixed Rice (비빔밥, Bibimbap)
Bibimbap literally means “mixed rice”. It’s very popular dish at Korean restaurants, and it is generally a “safe” choice, as it tastes good no matter where you get it from. Needless to say, this stew is delicious and usually served in restaura

Bulgogi literally means “fire meat”, and is a popular Korean BBQ dish. Everyone makes it slightly different, but the universally common ingredients are thinly sliced rib eye, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. At Korean restaurants, people commonly will gather around an indoor grill to cook it, then eat it right off the grill. When it’s cooked, it can go in a variety of dishes including bibimbap, kimbap, and fried rice (bokumbap). It can also be made into large batches
