Instant Pot Korean Seaweed Soup (Miyeokguk, 미역국)
If you grew up in a Korean household, chances are you ate miyeokguk on your birthday. Korean moms typically will make this "Birthday Soup" for their children to celebrate. This is because Korean moms will eat tons of this soup after giving birth! They say that miyeokguk is good for breast milk production, and healing from delivery. This recipe normally takes about 2 hours over the stove to to make, but the Instant Pot cuts that time in half! Plus I don't have to babysit the stove which incredibly valuable time I can spend watching my kids instead! Quick Notes: ⏲ ~

Bossam, or Korean style Boiled Pork Belly, is a wonderful dish that typically is served with a spicy radish side dish (musaechae) and pickled cabbage wraps. For that reason most of the time this dish served cold, which it still is delicious, but my preference is to eat this dish warm! The Instant Pot makes it super easy to make this dish at home, in under an hour! While
